I had the pleasure of Mr. Borrelli handling my employment matter. He is much more than I had hoped for and am very happy with the outcome. I look forward to what the future holds. Mr. Borrelli was referred to me by either the EEOC or Division of Human Rights. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Mr. Borrelli cares about his clients and gives you that feeling you have someone in your corner. He handled my employment issue in under 90 days and was very accessible during that time. I highly recommend hiring him and his team.

To answer: I was never given the option to become a client of your firm. Your offices reviewed my matter and declined to represent me. I don't have a problem with this, but what does bother me (and the reason for my 1 star review) is that your attorney didn't even offer a cursory explanation of why he declined to represent me. He simply had his secretary call and tell me that he wouldn't pursue the matter. It's a lack of basic professionalism, and bothered me enough to rate your firm 1 star.

Always listened to my concerns, and made sure I understood the legal process and choices. Never ft forced,and always felt respected. Very professional and realistic with potential outcomes. Would highly recommend

This was my first time needing an employment attorney. In this particular instance, I needed an employment attorney to follow up on a very difficult matter that warranted an extremely experienced firm that handled employment law. Mr. Michael Borrello, who is the Managing Attorney/Member of the firm assisted me on my case. He responded to each and every question I had and always gave me step by step updates on his communication with the other party. Although very difficult (lot of emotions from other side). Mr. Borrelli was able to settle the case in less than 90 days. I felt very alone for a while in regards to my situation - every lawyer I called had no answers or resolution and wouldn’t take on my case… but then I called Andrew Weiss & that all changed! I explained everything I went through with my past employer as well as how much of a struggle it was to get help.
