Do not go to them. They will make you sign a retainer agreement and pay upfront the retainer fee regardless if you win or not. There's no refund if there isn't a resolution that is feasible for the client. Who would want to sign a workplace separation agreement for 20k that will get you blacklisted in your field of work and include conditions of Medicare and Medicaid that will possibly harm you if you become disabled or are in retirement? No one! These things should not be included in a separation agreement and a lawyer representing you should fight for your rights instead of trying to get you to sign this and keep $2k and keep sending you a $20 bill. Unacceptable. Don't seek them for assistance, they will not help the employee.

I started looking for an attorney to represent me on my case right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, but things started looking not too bright because I couldn’t find the right attorney to take my case. Thankfully, I found NELA, National Employment Lawyers Association and recommended me Borrelli and associates firm and after that there was not more search for any other attorney firm. I contacted Borrelli firm and they took my case and gave me hope during my stressful situation. They started working on my case right away and kept in touch with me at all times. They informed me of anything they needed and kept me up to date during the whole process. Michael, Pablo, Sidney and the entire crew was very attentive and responsive with any inquiry I had. They Will take your retainer for sure AVOID any legal consultation with the company. I contacted B&A P.L.L.C., regarding the situation I experienced in the company I work for. Promptly scheduled the meeting to see if my discrimination at work, humiliation at wok place, diminishing and discrediting my intelligence based on my nationality, hostility and targeting based on my origins and threatening at work place, is something worth to report. After 2 discussion with the attorney, I was advise that there is the case and I need to put retainer in amount of $2500. I decided to proceed with retainer, because of fear for my work. After i paid retainer, I did not hear back from attorney for 2 months. Finally I reach out back and they said, I was assigned with another attorney and they were working on my case. I received from new attorney a bill in approximately $400 for the letter they sent to my employer. After two weeks, attorney contacted me and said that if I want to proceed I need to pay additional $10,000.00 for the legal fees to sue the company. At that time I realized that B&A P.L.L.C. was misled me whole case and at that point did not have money to continue and I lost close to $3000.00. The worst part in all of that, I find out that my 5 other coworkers made a settlement through other attorney offices and they did not pay a dime out of pocket upfront. The whole game of B&A P.L.L.C., with my case was to collect close to $3,000.00 and tell me I need to pay additional $10K. And I was left without money or legal protection and I was left in uncertainty of my future. Try to find credible and honest attorneys. Stay away from Borrelli & Associates P.L.L.C. Thank you

Called 3x to get a consult and never heard back from anyone. I then sent a message on their website and someone returned my call arguing with me about how someone did return my call. Never got a missed call or a voicemail. Why did I pick up today’s call but ignored all their other calls? That makes no sense. I then emailed the owner of the firm and he responded back to me pretty quick; however, his response was rude, unapologetic, and arrogant. How about apologize and ask how you can help me? If they can’t handle a simple call back/consult then how are these people going to handle your case and give you the results that you want? Unreal. I wouldn’t waste my time or energy.

They clearly showed me that they were incapable of handling my case,,,,all they care about is money....don’t waste your time with these people,,,not worth the effort,,,,how could you have your secretary call a potential client telling them they have to pay a $2.500 up front fee because they have a strong case when the client was only interested in a contingency plan,,,,I don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out,,,win or loose you still pocket $2.500 and the client remains the fool..,,,

I would not recommend this company as a law firm to represent anyone. Very aggressive and does not pay attention to detail or the client's needs from the beginning. Too much time wasted on document requests along with being told several times that I was not looking to pay any cost or fees up front unless my case was won in my favor, only to be told in the end in order to start on my case that I would have to pay a fee of $2,000.00.
