Nasty nasty person...! Zero integrity...took and fought a case knowing darn well her client was a lying narrasastic addict that had no business having custody...making false allegations about me for years when I was just trying to keep my child safe...unfortunatly she is no longer on the case because her rude and obnoxious demeanor was really helping my cause..!

I had interviewed several attorneys before choosing to use the Joseph Law Group to represent me in my divorce. Thomas Elliot was the attorney assigned to my case and I couldn't have been in better hands. His knowledge of the ever-changing matrimonial laws is extensive, and he was always willing to take the time to clearly explain them to me. He guided me through the process with a gentle and supportive hand, but was firm in his standings during negotiations and it court. My divorce was settled in a timely manner and we were able to come to a fair agreement.

5 Stars are not enough to rate the excellence of their firm for me. I did my homework and read up on a few other firms that represented people for the same thing and other work. This firm got the job done for me. Everyone is apprehensive but especially when you're sick and you need help. That's not the time to fool around. They have a whole staff to check the case. I didn't knowing anyone, or from any from a prior reference. They filed the papers. I went to the doctors and won. Not every case is this easy. They told me their staff has an excellent appeal process, just in case. I gave them MY TRUST!

John P. Whiteman in this law group was such a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and worked very hard to ensure that my daughter received everything the children and her deserved. Mr. Whitman was very responsive to email and phone calls even when on holiday break when things had to be executed in a timely manner. He certainly made things easier through this stressful time. Very satisfied with the representation I received from your law firm. I kind of felt like a spectator not knowing what was happening at times but my attorneys always had my best interest as their number one priority. It was a long process but I feel I received the best outcome possible. Any frustration I experienced was due to the Workmans Comp process and no fault of Pasternack Tilker. I believe that we all cross each other’s paths in life for a reason. I have been pondering what I could say in a "review" that would actually give Steven Epstein the credit he deserves. The truth is that words cannot come close to expressing how grateful we are to him and his entire team. I was referred to Steven by a colleague after my son found himself in a very serious legal situation. Initially thinking we should hire "local" representation turned out to be a huge mistake. Our son was potentially facing a life altering conviction which included the possibility of prison. We quickly realized that we needed an expert to help us navigate the complexities of his case. We fired the first attorney and hired Mr. Epstein. He traveled to make court appearances personally, and even though it was his first time appearing in this particular court, he quickly earned the respect of the DA and the judge.
