My experience with Pasternack,Tilker,Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton and Romano was exceptional. Ailenis Diaz coordinated appointments to fit my schedule. Diane Ramos, in an interview, gathered the necessary information. Christopher Latham, as my attorney, processed the pertinent information efficiently. Dan Poli, director of operations, put everything together in a professional and efficient manner. Dan was readily available to answer questions and assist through the process. The experience was positive and I highly recommend this Law Firm.

The Reason for three stars is because My first experience with the Brooklyn kings highway office was thee worst. They took on my case, but never received follow up calls.every time I called to speak to my paralegal she was always busy, didn’t get back to me,sent me to voice mail and gave me misguided information. The office supervisor wasn’t any better. I felt lost and started to do my own foot work and get answers. When I learned that I could switch attorneys and decided to do so one of the paralegals from another office promised me he would close my case and be of assistance anytime I needed. Against my better judgment I stayed with their firm. Mr Thomas Binikewitz always avail to answer my questions helped to close my case out in a timely matter. I am greatful to him working diligently to assist me. If it wasn’t for him the company would have lost my business. Not to mention I have another case their handling as well. Thanks mr Binikewitz I appreciate you.

I can't say enough about my experience with Joseph Law Group. I came to them at a very difficult time of my life. I was with a previous attorney for a few years and felt as if my rights were not fully represented. Additional to that, losing my Father, I was very lost. I sat with Joseph Law Group and explained my situation and listened to what they said I could expect if they represented me. I decided to go ahead and hire them. Although going through a divorce is a very painful time in ones life, Tom Elliot showed genuine compassion to my situation and was extremely thorough in getting me a fair separation. He covered every base and left no stone unturned. Things that I didn't even think of, until they arose years later, Tom had included in my divorce to protect me from further litigation. When talking to many other people who unfortunately had to go through the same thing I did, I can honestly say that I feel I got the best divorce agreement, and I attribute it all to Tom Elliot and his experience and diligence to get me what I deserved, a fair separation where I could go on with my life and be happy again....... I highly recommend this firm. We had an unfortunate incident occur and Judge David Ayres was amazing. In stressful situations he was always able to help make us laugh, he answered all of our questions with honesty and returned our calls promptly. DeDe Unger was amazing and comforting with the situation. I can't thank David Ayres enough with everything he did for us.
