I highly recommend the legal services of Jay Raxenberg. I had a bit of a complicated start to my case, where my ex-husband and his lawyer tried to take advantage and were planning to con me of my share, Jay handled the whole situation brilliantly in front of the honorable judge and made sure I got my fair share. Coming from a legal background myself, I am very impressed by Jay. He is very intelligent, smart, thoroughly professional, punctual, and the most important in my opinion compassionate with his clients. Jay did a fantastic job working on my marital case. After working with a previous attorney I was not obtaining substantive results and Jay took my calls for over 6 months before obtaining him as of counsel. Despite a complex case with very lazy and difficult opposing counsel he was able to obtain a pre trial settlement that was the best case scenario given the situation. I would recommend Jay for any matrimonial or family law matters. Thumbs up for Jay extremely professional, aggressive when necessary, and master negotiator.

Everything a lawyer should be. That is how I would describe Jay Raxenberg. My grandmother finally decided to file for divorce after living in fear for the majority of her life. I made an emergency phone call to Jay Raxenberg at 1230 AM, he answered right away, and allowed me to book an emergency appointment on the same day in the afternoon. Before my grandma even paid him, I spoke to him multiple times on the phone because he had already started on filing the case and needed information so that we would have more time to discuss things before our first appointment. If there was one thing I had to be certain about, it is that you won’t go wrong hiring Jay Raxenberg for your family law needs.

I highly recommend Mr. Raxenberg. He is very honest, very professional, and has a great sense of humor to get you through the difficult process. He has a through grasp with the law, and is absolutely excellent in getting back to you for any questions you have, no mater if is middle of the night or weekends. When going to court, it's very apparent he is well respected by his peers and the judges. I am glad he was able to settle my case, and bring closure to the matter.

Jay is an excellent attorney, and takes pride on what he does and does it really well. he's very personable and makes the process less stressful. Jay is friendly and tells it like it is. I felt comfortable immediately with him. Although he was a little pricier then some other attorneys he didn’t mislead me like they had. I recommend him and would use him again if needed.

Jay Raxenberg represented me in my custody/child support case. Jay was a God-send for my case! He is always on top of the game and never misses a deadline. He was thorough and articulate in gathering information and representing the best interests of me and my children in my case.
