I couldn’t be happier with Jay’s work on my case. Throughout the process he was always available to answer questions, usually returning my calls or emails within a few minutes and always by the end of the day. He was always on time and prepared when we appeared in court. I have had experiences with other attorneys where they promised the moon and stars in the initial consultation and then pass you off to a paralegal never to be seen or heard from again. This was not the case with Jay Raxenburg, he treated me with the same level of attention and professionalism from the first meeting all the way to the resolution of my case and he followed through on everything he said he would do. Jay exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to any of my friends or family without hesitation.

I hired attorney Jay Roxenberg for my divorce case. I did my choice based on internet reviews and couple consultations with other lawyers. After meeting with Jay, I had realized that he is the right lawyer for me. It was a lot of promises during our first meeting: about child visitation, decrease amount for child support and spouse support. For the first hearing in Court my lawyer came without Net Worth Form and asked me how much did I make last year? So it looks likes he wasn't prepared at all. Also he told me that he can't do anything with to lower amount that my ex wife wanted for spouse support. If that will happen I wouldn't have any money leftover for living. Yes, he is responsible to your calls, emails and etc. But it is your money from your pocket. I didn't have any hard case, but made decision after first hearing to hire another lawyer and I'm glad that I did. I do not recommend Jay Roxenberg as a divorce lawyer from my personal experience...

Choosing a qualified divorce lawyer was not an easy task for me. It was actually the most challenging thing I had to do with the exception of facing the fact that divorce was my only option. The emotional stress that comes along with divorce is indescribable. Especially when it's a contested divorce. After speaking with him I knew my quest was over. I met with him and I immediately felt at home. It was as if I knew him all my life! It has been five months and I can honestly say Jay has maintained professionalism, enthusiasm, compassion and eager! He has also given me great words of encouragement when my emotions are at their highest and I'm ready to throw in the towels. He makes himself available whenever you need him-whether it's via phone calls or emails. Oh, did I mention how PROMPTED he is at responding to your calls/emails? Even when he is away!
