I hired Mark alter in 2016 to help me with a personal injury lawsuit that I was involved in. The case had been ongoing for some time and the insurance company was not willing to settle . But once Mr. Alter got involved things started to change within 5 weeks of his involvement a check was cut from the insurance company. Then in 2017 I needed his assistance again .but this time it was in court. Mr Alter was very professional and knowledgeable in the court. Mr Alter was fully up to speed on the case and was able to resolve it.He was able to take full Control of the situation as an aggressive lawyer should. Most lawyers will over charge and underperform . But not mark alter. He works hard for his clients because he has a zest for winning. An incredible lawyer that I recommend to everyone and anyone. The best!

My experience with working with Mark for a court case I had being sued was none other than spectacular. Mark was always very attentive and made sure I knew the outcomes that could take place. He explained the grounds in which I was being sued for in great detail. When the days came to attend court before the judge, he made sure I was okay. He fought for me with all of his power, and even though I had told myself that the worst may happen, I left the fate up to him. And I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I am so beyond happy that I had Mark as my lawyer, because without him, I don’t know if the outcome would have been the same. I highly recommend Mark. His experience and care are not found easily, but he is the BEST!

Mark is a amazing lawyer, straight shooter, brings a ton of experience and is extremely knowledgable of the court system after working as a police office and then a lawyer for many years. I called Mark the night after I got in trouble after being wrongfully accused, the next morning he picked me up from the train and give me a few hours of his and his wifes time to go over my case. From there Mark to steps to avoid the court system from tripping me up as they intended on little things. From there he made the court system work (which we all know they don't like work) and fought in my favor to get everything dismissed. There is literally no other lawyer I would go to other then Mark Alter and it is foolish to go to anyone otherwise to think you might save a dollar here or there when this man was able to get my car back, my licenses back and my charges dismissed all off my retainer because he's not just a great lawyer but a good person.
