While Tiveron Law delivers effective legal services, the lack of transparency and sensitivity I experienced by Joe Crozier detracts from the overall experience. Improved client communication and empathy training would greatly enhance the firm's reputation and value to clients. My experience soured when I received the final bill. It exceeded the initial estimate and retainer by approximately $900. While I understand that additional billing hours may be necessary, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the increased costs. When I raised this concern with Joe, his response was cold and procedural. Instead of acknowledging my request for transparency in billing, he made me feel ignorant about legal procedures and financial matters.

I recently had the displeasure of working with Tiveron Law Firm for my house closing, and unfortunately, my experience aligns with the many negative reviews I've read about them. Having bought and sold three homes before, I can confidently say that this was by far the most challenging and frustrating transaction I've encountered. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Tiveron was astonishing. There were multiple instances where I was on the verge of abandoning the entire transaction. Key issues included consistently missed deadlines and a baffling inability to facilitate remote signing through a notary service, which is a basic necessity in today's world. Communication was another major shortfall. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses, adding unnecessary stress to the process. The accumulation of these issues made the entire experience extremely taxing. What I find most troubling is that this firm continues to be a player in the real estate industry despite their evident lack of competence and professionalism. It's concerning that such firms are entrusted with such significant transactions. There must be, or at least there should be, regulations to prevent this level of service from being acceptable in the industry. In summary, I strongly advise against using Tiveron Law Firm for any real estate transactions. Their approach to business is not only outdated but deeply flawed, leading to a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

Attorney Jordan DiBernardo did a wonderful job in an eviction against a former tenant of mine. Said problem tenant went 'above and beyond' in his efforts to prolong the covid-based eviction restrictions by refusing to apply for rental assistance even after failing to pay a cent of rent for 9 long months, only then to finally apply for the first time about a week before our Court appearance after Mr. DiBernardo commenced the eviction with Court. The tenant then further prolonged the application process with the state aid program as long as possible by failing to provide them with necessary documents. Attorney Jordan DiBernardo helped make a highly stressful experience into a positive for me, not only did I finally get this person out of my house, I also received all 9 months of back rent through the state. I highly recommend him and the Tiveron firm to anyone in need of legal assistance. Thank you so much, Jordan!

My advice nobody go over there for 100%. You will lose something.

Had them handle the close on my house. The paralegal missed a critical email that lead to a delay, then almost delayed the purchase by a week when the bank asked for additional documents (luckily I was able to find a workaround with the bank). She was rather rude at times when discussing the issues with me, and they seemed to be very disorganized throughout the whole process.
