Hands down one of the greediest firms I have ever dealt with. Fee of $28,000 was not enough money for them to settle my divorce. Then I was called and harassed several times for even more money by their staff at the direction of Diane Tiveron. Disgusting and incredibly greedy. Keep defending physicians because they are the only ones able to pay your fees. Because of the bad experience I had I have a very low opinion of the legal profession. Corey Hogan this does not speak well for your firm.

Pay attention to the most recent reviews! My mom passed two years ago - she had her will with this firm. They nickel and dimed me for any contact with the firm, from status updates to check ins to information. I was told I could wait to pay the balance in full until the estate was resolved. When I asked for a discount (my income has taken a hit along with the rest of the world) they refused because "it took too long to resolve any balance". After one of their employees told me I could wait! I also had an incident where they illegally placed my account in collections, which I could sue for. No Dunning notice was ever sent and one day a collections account shows up - while I'm in the process of closing on a house!! If I could give zero stars I would. Best I can do is post this review anywhere I possibly can.

Consider this when deciding if this is the law firm to want representing you- I had a very simple case, an Article 81. It’s taken over 6 months to be resolved, Finally, having the POA removed to only be replaced with one recommended by the removed POA. Who subsequently wants to sell the properties, including one I occupy with my kids to make pocket money as he states he is not Even a landlord but “court appointed to manage Dads finances?” Conflict of interest maybe, consular? All under the watchful eye of my lawyer! I was lied to, misled and ultimately jerked around. I still have not received any relevant paperwork from the court via my lawyer or any other means, stating if truly anything at all was done. However, I am told by the lawyer diligently working this case for me that I can have my fathers estate pay any future Invoices for him. Is that my due diligence? Paul, you have done a terrible job, if applicable. You let me and my family down when we needed you the most by your incompetence and arrogance. I wish I’d never met you and let you in to the small and very private world of my parents. That’s all I have left and you literally threw up your finger at me and dismissed my family. Paul (Popachan) Your a HUGE disappointment! I should have represented myself. DO NOT CHOOSE AS REPRESENTATION!!

Absolutely zero stars! I rated zero stars based on my experience with this firm personally.The receptionist has a horrible attitude very nasty! They charge $400 dollars per hour for a consultation before even reviewing your case which is non-refundable. This is a scam, because once you pay they will just say they don't have an attorney available for this kind of matter at this time. Please don't waste your time or money!
