Overall I had a good experience with this Law Firm. My communication with the firm was minimal- I checked in about once every 1-2 months. They updated me on the what was going on so that I was in the loop. My case was commission based so I had to pay nothing up front, just provide info and let them do their job. Every case is different, being patient with the judicial process is key.
