If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. That is how confident I am with their services. I have known Ron Fatoullah & Associates for over 20 years and they are truly the "Best" in the business. I met Mr. Fatoullah and his staff back in 1991 when I hired them for my parents. And since then, I have referred several friends and family members to his office and will continue to do so. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, friendly and warm. I have not for one minute ever regretted having his firm handle any of my Legal affairs. I highly recommend them and know with great confidence that you will not regret having them work with you.

I had an appointment with Stacey Meshnick and she was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and was able to prepare my documents quickly and exactly how I wanted. Everything was so easy, I was able to have a Zoom consultation so I didn't need to travel and they emailed me the drafts and made the updates that I requested. I highly recommend working with the firm, Stacey and Terry in particular!

My mother-in-law is now 98 years old. After a fall in 2021, she became unable to continue living at home without crushingly expensive full-time assistance. She has a loving family, and we all wanted her to remain in her own home. We went looking for help in negotiating the overwhelming maze of obtaining elder care services. From our very first meetings with them, my husband and I felt sure that Fatoullah & Associates was the right choice. The process of applying for 24-hour home care through Medicaid had been stressful, laborious, and almost incomprehensible to us. Now we had the firm, our lawyer Stacey Meshnick, and Paula Goldstein on our team. Because of their strategic and creative recommendations, help in making the correct applications and filing them in the correct order; and having backup plans, success became inevitable. It felt like the team just worked miracles and we wound up getting 24-hour, 7day a week care through Medicaid, not a foregone outcome by any means. A special shout out to Paula: Her expertise, compassion, responsiveness, and sense of humor were invaluable in helping us keep relatively calm through the most anxious parts of the journey

I am using the services of a home health agency. In order for me to do that, I had to receive Medicaid. To make sure I was eligible, I had a few outstanding issues that needed to be addressed. I worked with Stacy Meshnick from this law firm to address those issues. I only needed one session with her via FaceTime. We couldn't meet face to face due to Covid restrictions. She was punctual to the meeting and was thorough and spent nearly an hour asking me many questions and me giving as many details as possible. After that meeting, any concerns that needed to be addressed that we didn't have the answer for, she found out the answer the next day. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was very timely and her responses as well. It was highly appreciated and it was successful because of the fact that I do receive home services now. To this law firm, you have nothing but my gratitude. Thank you for everything.

I am an advocate assisting people with Medicaid and home care applications, and have had the distinct honor of working with Ronald Fatoullah and his associates for a number of years in preparing many clients to become financially eligible for Medicaid. I dealt with other elder law attorneys prior to becoming acquainted with Ron and his team, and the knowledge base of this firm regarding Medicaid law is light years ahead of any of the other attorneys I have encountered. They have a large Medicaid department which is headed by Stacey Meshnick, who has a vast knowledge of the ever-changing regulations regarding Medicaid and home care eligibility. I participate in my clients’ consultations with Stacey, or other members of the firm, as appropriate, so I see first hand how they advise my clients and prepare the legal documents to make them Medicaid eligible. I also consult with members of the firm, including their equally knowledgeable paralegal staff, on a regular basis for guidance on addressing the recent, and non-user friendly, changes regarding criteria for Medicaid and home care services. Their knowledge is surpassed only by their professionalism, compassion, and the highest ethical standards in how they relate to their clients. Every one of my clients over the years has been very pleased with the caliber of service they received from the attorney they worked with. And they all receive the monthly newsletter prepared by the firm describing many relevant aspects of estate planning. Fatoullah & Associates goes beyond the typical estate planning that elder law firms are known for, however. They are leading advocates promoting legislative change for the betterment of all clients. A number of years ago Ron successfully sued the State over the Medicaid requirement that IRA’s count as a resource, which would have put many clients over the Medicaid resource limit and therefore ineligible for coverage. He won the argument that the Required Minimum Distribution from an IRA should count as income rather than the entire IRA counting as a resource. Income is looked at differently than resources, and his advocacy maintained Medicaid eligibility for countless clients throughout the state. This is an elder law firm that truly has their clients’ best interests at heart, and that deserves an across-the-board five-star rating. A brief correction to my review. I have worked with Stacey Meshnick since 2013. She has helped me get a few close relatives on Medicaid. She also helped me get two of my relatives in a nursing home when it was absolutely necessary. I have used her services to prepare my will and other important documents. Stacey and her team have been nothing but professional. I am very satisfied with this company and know they will be there for me should I need them in the future.

If you are looking for a good law firm that will actually perform quality work for you, keep on going, because this is not the firm. They took my retainer, and provided absolutely nothing in return but excuses. Worth legal experience ever!

I highly recommend him for all elderly care needs. He also assisted me in the past when I worked with veterans for free of charge. He is knowledgeable in his field and has great support staff in his office. He has several locations.
