When I retained Janet Esagoff, she was off on a vacation abroad. That did not derail her from putting together the Contract of Sale. Each day, she emailed me with updates and answered my questions promptly. After her return, the sale became a roller coaster ride due to dealing with an unreasonable coop board and a difficult management company. Janet and her staff dealt with my daily hysteria with kindness and sensitivity. Their professionalism went above and beyond. Even on the day of the closing, when the buyer was trying to hit me with another fee, Janet effortlessly brought it to the buyers attention that it is not in the contract. She saved me another $800. I highly recommend this firm and would definitely use again. I honestly felt like their family. The care that went into this difficult closing was incredible.
