When I was arrested for DWI, I didn’t know what to do. I found the Trbovich Law Firm on a website and called them. I was lucky and got assigned to Tim Brooks. Tim was able to easy my mind and patiently walk me through what to expect. Tim was extremely thorough and professional. He explained the different scenarios that were possible, due to the details of my case. Tim laid everything out in a straight, but warm manner. I remember sitting in court with Tim, and watching the other cases go before me. As I watched the other Attorneys, I just kept thinking “I got really lucky, when I called Trovovich Law Firm” Don’t take a gamble with your future, call Trobovich Law Firm!

I wrote a review & he manuplated me to delete it. I am disabled & he is taking advantage by over charging me. It's his way or no way my first review wasn't about him but all I am saying is Stay Away save your money for an attorney who will not over charge or talk down to you or act unprofessional if he don't get his way . He will degrade you & if u say anything he doesn't like you get yelled at and treat badly. I wasn't going to leave another review but after he was dishonest by saying he was the cheapest and then I was getting a refund then he says I'm not and I don't owe as of today he is charging me more so for 3 hours in court. And never did what he should after court and he charged me to withdraw although he decided to do so that's bad customer service a place to stay away .

I hired Mr. Brooks to defend myself on two felony charges of driving while intoxicated. Because I had had previous Misdemeanor DWI charge 8 years ago. I was terrified that I was going to face jail time. Mr. Brooks was beyond thorough, and incredible in the courtroom. Also, very compassionate. I am disabled and live on SSD. Mr. Brooks did everything in his power to reduce the charges, and was extremely successful! He was able to get the charges reduced to 2 counts ofdriving while impaired. NO jail time, and a minimal fine. I can not have asked for better results! I highly recommend Mr. Brooks to anyone who is dealing with this type of situation, he was AMAZING!!! I am very satisfied with the consultation and representation I received from Tim Brooks, whom I retained as my defense attorney while I was facing serious DWI charges. Because of his extensive knowledge of the court's requirements that I would need to fulfill, Tim encouraged me to be proactive and initiate responsibility. Consequently, I had already been evaluated and enrolled in an NYS OASAS treatment program and had also completed an on-line Victim's Impact Panel before my first court appearance. Tim's expertise was essential to my qualifications for being eligible for Interim Probation Supervision. Upon successful completion of this program, I was convicted at my last court appearance with DWAI. His attention to details and my following his explicit instructions were instrumental in the extreme reduction of the initial charges. I was always treated with respect and compassion. When I needed to communicate with Tim, he always responded in an informative and timely manner.

Tim was excellent in helping me get my sentence reduced from an aggravated DWI to DUI. He pleaded my case to the DA in full support of me. He gave me great council, was honest in what the outcomes could be ad supported me in what I had done in recovery and highlighted this to the court.

He went through the possible outcomes based on my case and told me the necessary steps to take to get this over with as soon as possible. Along the way, anytime I had a question or concern, Tim was always available either via phone or at the office to discuss it. His level of knowledge regarding DWI defense was more than enough to calm my nerves toward the potential outcome of the case. He was able to come up with a plan that eventually led to the dismissal of all charges. While that may not happen every time, Tim is well worth the money. I don't plan on ever being in that situation again but if I am, Tim is going to be the only lawyer I call.

Never imagined I would receive a second dwi, but I did. Was due to lose my CDL for life. Doing a lot of research I decided to hire Tim. Could of not made any better choice, in fact his number is saved in my phone. Tim definitely knows his stuff and all my charges were dismissed. My license was suspended only during the court proceedings​, after dismissal I went to the DMV a few days after, and had my CDL driving privileges fully reinstated. I recommend Tim 100%.....who knows what I would be doing for work if it wasn't for Tim.

Timothy Brooks is a highly recommended lawyer in my eyes. I was charged with 2 counts of of DWI, and a few other charges. Timothy worked hard and did all he could for me, inside and outside of the court room. All my charges ended with being thrown out and dismissed.

I was charged with my 2nd DWI within a 2 yr. period. Result of my first dwi was lost of license and 6 month probation. I feared going to jail or at very least 1 yr of probation while losing my license during that year. Because of Mr. Brooks' expertise in such cases he was able to get me the minimum the law allows which was no probation and just 6 months of loss of license which is mandatory with 2nd DWI. During the entire process he was professional and always made sure I understood what was possible and most likely to happen and what he was trying to do to get me the most favorable judgement possible which he ended up being able to do. I would highly recommend hiring him whether it's your first, second or sixth dwi, well worth the cost!!!
