Great team

Without question, I would recommend Tim be the FIRST person to call for any offense. I had DWI, and DWI DRUGS that were both thrown out in court. Tim argued it was an invalid stop and all my charges were dropped completely. I would highly recommend him because he gets you in and out so your not wasting your time! Hes a cool dude that is easy going, understanding, and very approachable hit him up!

I was ticketed for not moving over even though my expressway exit was fast-approaching. I slowed down and took due care, and the officer wasn't even outside of his car. In my judgment it was not safe/prudent to change lanes only to have to rapidly change back prior to exiting the expressway. Tim was able to help me get this violation, which can carry serious consequences, reduced to the lowest minimum penalty. In fact I was almost able to get it thrown out entirely but for the written deposition of the officer (who was not physically present at court to discuss). Tim's consultation was excellent.
