When my divorce first began I was involved with another lawyer that made a very difficult divorce and custody battle even more difficult. When it got to the point where I knew I had to move on, I was recommended to Robert Cohen at Tabat, Cohen, Blum and Yovino by a trusted colleague that had used him before. After my first meeting I knew he was the right lawyer for me and switched to him right away and It was one of the best decisions I made. He was a light during this incredibly difficult process. Smart, kind, respectful, completely accesible and a force when needed and necessary. He was honest and advised me well about where my expectations should be with things and always explained thoroughly all the different possible outcomes, so nothing ever felt like a surprise. Everyone that I dealt with in his office were also fantastic and always took the time to explain things to me if needed. I never felt disconnected and I always felt well protected and taken care of. I truly cant recommend them enough!
