I contacted Gary Miller earlier this morning for a consultation regarding a headache I have been dealing with for over a year in regards to a seatbelt ticket. At the time I was living in bay shore and was planning a move to AZ, it was a couple of days from the day I received the ticket and our cross country move, sadly the ticket was lost during that move. At that point, I updated all my information and earlier this year I finally received a form of contact regarding the seat belt ticket. I pleaded guilty and there has been so much back and forth between mailing letters to the Hauppauge office and myself that I finally became frustrated. I could not pay my fine because I was required to appear in person- my license was now suspended and the fine had now increased to $400 😩 Gary Miller listened to me, asked me some questions and quoted me at a very reasonable price to help me take care of this, he even offered to take care of this today. He followed through and not only got this taken care of promptly but he was able to get my ticket reduced to $191! While also letting me know time frames to expect the suspension to be lifted and that he would be on top of it. Honestly, I cannot praise him enough. I was so worried about finding someone I could trust all the way from AZ but I will be recommending him to everyone I know! Thank you so much!

Mr. Sternberg helped me in so many ways through one of the most difficult times in my life. He was caring, understanding, realistic, and professional throughout the entire process of my divorce. Gary did an amazing job in dismissing my ticket which would have been 8 points driving above 31mph in a 55mph speed limit on the 495 around the Village of Lake Success. Recommended to me by a friend, I knew I would need a great lawyer to address such a severe ticket, and Gary has been very helpful. Gary took great care of handling my issues. He took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted over the phone. He was personable and honest. He didn't try to tell me what to do or bully me.
