Gary Miller is a competent attorney. In a very intimidating situation, I found him to be personable and hardworking. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Gary got my 6 point speeding ticket charge reduced to a 0 point parking ticket. He is a lawyer who works quickly; after hearing about my plans to travel out of the country soon, he promised to address my case the same day I hired him. Less than 7 hours later, he updated me on the successful outcome and answered my remaining questions in great detail. I would recommend his office to anyone who needs help with tickets in the suffolk county area.

This is the third time I've worked with Mr. Gary Miller and once again, I'm not disappointed. I received a 2 point HOV lane ticket and I immediately texted Gary. He was very prompt with his response and was eager to help me. A couple of days later he called me and informed me that he had my 2 point HOV violation reduced to a 0 point parking ticket. Gary is amazing he had my 6 point ticket in Nassau county (speeding in a school zone during school hours) dismissed with no penalties, no fees. He lets you know exactly what he needs from you and when. initially its a waiting game for the first few weeks maybe possibly months but he's is sure to get the job done to the best of his abilities. Poor service ("0" rating) - I attempted to use their advice service two times in the 3 years that I've had them. Each time they were very unhelpful. They pretty much shushed me away and they do not want to hear your problem. One lady from the company called me back and had my entire situation twisted and did not want to hear the real situation that I was trying to get answers for. I'm hearing that Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C. have many clients through various membership organizations, so basically they are already paid whether they help you or not. This service is not worth the trouble. You are better of solving your own situation through other means. I've decided to cancel this useless paid membership I receive through my union.
