I had a speeding ticket 87 in a 55 coming back home from Top Golf in Suffolk. I thought I was sunk and in a very precarious situation. I was looking at some serious points, insurance hike, trouble with my city employer, etc. I looked up traffic lawyers and saw the reviews for Gary Miller. Once I had called him he reassured me right away. He kept looking into the ticket and assured me that my 8 point speeding violation could be reduced. Just today I found out it became a 0-point parking ticket with a bit of a fine but definitely better than the alternative. I couldn't be happier with Gary Miller. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very familiar with the Suffolk County Courts. After learning that my son had an old citation that was never paid, I frantically reached out to him. He was wonderful and explained to me what the outcome would be and kept me in the loop the whole time via text/email. He even appeared on behalf of my son, who is away at school. He was able to get the tickets in a double citation dismissed with no points on his record! I wholeheartedly recommend Gary as an attorney who is honest and reliable!!!
