I engaged this law firm seeking assistance, but they were unable to help me. Their services proved to be useless, as all they offered was a referral. To make matters worse, the referral they provided didn't even bother to follow up on my case. A complete waste of time, and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Do not take certain group in society serious. On November 2022 a lawyer their was disrespectful to my disabled aunt!!! "WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CASE WE ARE NOT REPRESENTING YOU! ...FIND OTHER REPRESENTATION! After he said those wicked words he hanged up the phone. He said more however it's too long and delicate to list here. However, I can't assure you that all calls are documented by FKM law firm! They never addressed the matter my aunt is still waiting. And they lied to LEGAL SHIELD to protect the contract. (Mrs. Marcia supervisor at Legal Shield protected the law firm instead warning them against poor practices)! They have said things to my aunt like "WE DIDN'T KNOW PEOPLE LIKE YOU KNEW WHAT TRADEMARK IS " !

When I spoke with Lisa at Feldman Kramer and Monaco she was very professional, polite , extremely patient and understanding . No matter how many questions I asked or if I asked twice. She always made me feel heard and understood.
