I was scammed by Smithtown Nissan for deceptive business practices and Mr. Arpino was able to recover the "fees" that I was over charged plus interest and court costs. His staff was friendly and very helpful and whenever I wanted to ask Mr. Arpino a question he was available or returned my phone calls the same day! Would recommend to others.
