Terrible experience working with the lawyer David. I'm matched the lawyer by "off the record" app. He didn't want to go to court to fight for my case instead convincing me to accept the fine. If so, why do I need to hire you? And he also forget to notify the court his absence so I receive a driver license suspension letter by court. It's really a terrible experience.

This is an amazing job. Relieving one at one’s comfort. I was so worried about my 11points over speeding and the effect on my driving record. A friend recommended Off the record (OTR). I'd taken an online class and sent that in before contacting OTR. I signed up and paid a $200 deposit. This attorney was assigned via OTR - told me the plea I had in hand was the best I'd receive, so essentially she did no work on my behalf. OTR refused to return my deposit and in fact asked me to make contact with the attorney directly, a weird thing for customer service to tell a client and I had a multi-email back-and-forth with the OTR customer service representative, Elena who also said she was the supervisor and her decision was final. This attorney claimed that despite she already informing me my offer in hand was the best, she still made contact with the DA without my consent. Very unprofessional because if I already had the best deal (her words), why did she need to contact the DA again? She had nothing to do with my online course paperwork, nothing to do with mailing in my plea or anything else that I'm aware of. This service is a sham. They will take your cash, do no work, and will not refund you. BEWARE. I will be taking this to the BBB and disputing the charge with my credit card.

Lori Cabrera and office did exactly what they said they’d do! Communication was clear and effective (I was initially nervous that it was taking a while between new information but i guess patience is a virtue because apparently that’s how these things go, but trust that they’re on it!) I literally just gave them all requested info, paid the one time fee and did not have to move another muscle until my eventual congratulatory message that I was officially Off the Record! Thanks Lori, this has been a big weight off my back.
