Cabrera Law picked up my case through the Off the Record web platform and completely handled my out of state traffic ticket. They communicated clearly about what I needed to do, steps the court would be taking, what to expect from the process, and possible outcomes. They kept me updated about my case progress through to its conclusion. There was one communication hiccup where I did not receive initial notice of a court approved diversion, but I did receive a follow up before any deadlines were missed. The initial delay may have simply been a mistake by the court or with the Clio for Clients platform that Cabrera Law also used to send some documents. No harm done and my case was resolved in the end, but I thought the technical glitch was worth mentioning for an entirely online process. I would use the OTR system again and I would definitely seek out Cabrera Law to handle a case if the need arises.
