I got two tickets worth point on the way to visit by buddy from college. To contest this ticket, it would have been a 4-5 hour drive each way. Lee Shelton of The Shelton Law Firm was Absolutely Amazing!!! He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, making my girlfriend's Gardiner traffic ticket a hassle-free experience. He took care of everything from start to finish, keeping me fully informed throughout the process through both email and phone. She was charged with a stop sign violation. The penalties for this ticket include 3 points on her NY driving record, a $243 fine, and increased exposure to both the NY driver responsibility assessment and a possible increase in her insurance premiums and further more severe penalties, such as license suspension and hefty fines, if she were to receive additional violations.
