Jason doesn't respond to emails. I'm aware that I don't need to get responses every week but I reach out each month after 6 months wanting to know if he is still trying to settle. He never responds even though I'm told email is the best way to contact him. My case is still open however (I think). And will update this review at the end. Results are important so we will see.

Worst law firm ever haven’t got back to me in 6 months I try texting and calling but no answer

I was in a motor vehicle accident in September of 2021. I immediately reached out to Jason Zemsky of Zemsky & Salomon P.C. From the very first meeting we had, I was grateful for his information, experience & concern. Jason found me a physical therapy office about 9 minutes from my home, with transportation, about 3 days later. He was straight to the point, fast-paced and always on my side. I appreciated all of these qualities. My only concern was that I had to reach out to find out almost every single detail about my case. I would have liked a more communicative attorney. Nonetheless, any question I ever had was always answered in a timely manner. I would recommend & definitely work with Zemsky & Salomon again.
