This firm is very unprofessional. They were extremely pushy to have me sign a retainer over Christmas break. Then, several months later, after some abysmal communications on their end, I found that they never even read any of the documents that I had sent them right after signing the retainer. Luckily, I was able to switch to a different firm. This was my first injury case, and we settled very quickly after I switched away from Zemsky & Salomon P.C. Lesson learned: Don't use a firm that gains clients through 3rd party advertising. It's a coin flip if they can make a free throw, but given the opportunity, they lack the fundamentals and strategy to make a simple layup.

Zemsky & Solomon P.C. law firm know the laws inside and out and they are highly effective. They are incredible attorneys and they present the opposition with a detailed case. In addition, they negotiated a very successful settlement. I highly recommend them.

Searching for an injury attorney was very complicated for me because it was my first time involved in an accident and being injured to the severity as I was. Even though the firm is located in Long Island he came to meet with me in person at my home in Manhattan. He answered all my questions/concerns and was even kind enough to speak with my parents and address their questions/concerns as well.
