Horrible experience! Paid upfront which I'll never do again. Morning of court franks office advised me to be there 9am for. 9:30am case. Franks text me he had an emergency at 9:04am and sending someone to else who I don't know who could have just got a law degree last week. Nonetheless that person shows up 10:30am after being called to se the judge and Being asked if have a lawyer that i paid for i sadly replied yes. Even the judge felt bad and asked if i paid up front. PLESAE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! Maybe he handled traffic tickets better but anything more serious look the other way. And would not even respond to any of my text asking for updates. Forget about the office who kept saying so one with be there in 5 mins every time I called them for update. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this one is a must. You trust in a lawyer who lets you down on a very important date. Very disappointed
