Mohammed and Frank DeSousa, Esq were both a pleasure to work with and I’d ABSOLUTELY recommend their office for all of your traffic representation needs. Within the first 5 mins of our conversation they explained a plan of action for the 7 tickets my wife received from an overzealous Hempstead PD officer. I provided them with my email, they immediately sent me a contract, I had her sign it emailed it right back and was conveniently able to Zelle them their incredibly reasonable fee. That was literally it. Didn’t have to miss days off work going to court, didn’t have to worry about the seeing the 🤡 officer who harassed my wife issuing bogus tickets for over 30mins on the side of the road while my 8 year old was in the back seat, no sir they took care of it all. Mohammed assured me they’d handle the rest and that’s exactly what they did. Mr. DeSousa was able to dismiss 5 of the 7 tickets and had the remaining 2 tickets each reduced to a 0 point parking violation with minimal fines. We’re extremely grateful for these results especially since the my wife (who’s the kindest non confrontational person on Long Island) was threatened with having our vehicle impounded and her license revoked when issued the ridiculous 7 tickets.
