I hired Mr. Loturco when I was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor assault earlier this year. I had gotten into a fight at a hockey game with a man and he had decided to press chargers. He sustained injuries and I was facing 3 years probation along with payment of medical bills. Mr. Loturco assured me he would do everything he could to pursue the best possible outcome. After multiple court dates and a long trial, he got me the best possible outcome. I was found not guilty. I was charged for menacing and criminal possession of a weapon for (foolishly) playing with a toy plastic gun on a college campus. I was lucky enough to be represented by John LoTurco, who managed to get an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACOD). Mr. LoTurco turned multiple misdemeanour charges into a non-criminal disposition. Mr. LoTurco has been extremely available, caring and understanding throughout the entire matter. As the case progressed I was not residing in the USA, and Mr. LoTurco even managed to excuse my absence from court for the entire procedure. In September of 2024 I was arrested in NC after living there for 3 years by US Marshals being accused of a shooting that happened in New York in January of the same year. Being ridiculously obvious that I was not the suspect of the case John and his team including his assistant Gina not only poked the largest holes possible through their ridiculous case they obtained all the evidence to prove that I was over 800 miles away when the incident happened. They were very caring and curtious along the way to the point of not being angry at me when I was angry at the state of NY. I would absolutely recommend John Loturco to anybody facing a criminal matter most especially someone who is legitimately innocent, John has and will go far beyond what any other lawyer I have ever met will to win the case for his client.

I hired Larry Flowers to represent me on a speeding ticket. I paid him in full, prior to my Court date. He said I did not have to appear because he would appear on my behalf. He ends up going to Court a day late and then calls me to tell me that they won't do any type of plea deal. TOTAL B.S. They wouldn't do anything because you forgot to show up! My license was suspended for 60 days FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR!!! Refused a refund as well. Find ANYONE ELSE to represent you. He's an incompetent clown. Run, don't walk!
