In 2021 I faced what looked like a very uncertain situation I never thought I see myself in. I was charged with Class A felonies and during my booking and process, I was referred to John by another good attorney friend of mine. Before John took the case I was being held with a 1 million dollar bond. I was heartbroken at the thought of not being able to defend myself or see my family for something I was innocent of. During our first interview after he took the case, he had already investigated a great deal about me. His professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I was finally going to get the help I needed. Within a few days, I was out with no bond! After a few months, my case was fully dismissed. During this time. I am so thankful that my family hired John LoTurco. I was charged with Operating as a Major Drug Trafficker in Suffolk County, and when my family hired John LoTurco I was in jail on $2m bail and facing 25 years-Life incarceration and a certain lengthy upstate jail sentence. I had a felony drug case where the police pulled me over in my driveway and searched my vehicle. I can't thank John enough for what he did for me. After getting arrested for DWI I thought my life was ruined. With John's help he was able to get the conviction brought down to a violation. I was charged with leaving the scene of an accident in Suffolk County. During the arrest the young police officer was extremely intimidating , aggressive and threatening. I was only 17 at the time and extremely concerned that I was going to have a criminal record, lose my license, go to jail or have probation. The occupants in the vehicle that I struck falsely claimed that they were seriously injured and filed a lawsuit when it reality it was a minor parking lot accident and I simply panicked and fled the scene. Thank god my mother knew of John LoTurco because she called him immediately, and he actually came to the arrest scene, and intervened on my behalf and convinced the officer to give me a desk appearance ticket. When we went to court it was obvious that John LoTurco was highly respected by both the Judge and the prosecutor and actually everyone in the courtroom including the court officers, clerks and other criminal defense attorneys. My criminal case was eventually dismissed completely and John LoTurco was also able to provide all necessary information to my insurance company and the false personal injury claim was also dismissed. In short, John LoTurco was my guardian angel that night and I will forever be grateful to him and the legal service he provided to me and my family.
