The office manager Erma was very empathetic to communication concerns and arranged for me to get the information that I desired. You never want to feel like you are just another number because these legal matters are vital in our lives and cause so much stress and most of us don’t have $500 to spend just to have a 10 minute conversation from your lawyer on information that should have been freely.
