Attorney Marilyn M. Orbach- Rosenberg was able to not only assist but resolve a conflict I encountered with my mom’s immigration card. After having it for 20 years, her immigration card was retained by immigration officials and as traumatic as it all was, attorney Marilyn M. I had my case with DHS from last 4 years and I had no work permit. My was stuck and I was so depressed and then I found Marilyn I went there she was so kind she was totally truthful and She took my case like her own case and she worked so hard she worked on my case till late nights and I had final hearing on may 24 . My judge only grants asylum 23% and he denied 77%. She fought this case like her own and She speak up for my right in court and Just because of her I’m gonna be Lawful permanent resident.
