Unfortunately, I could not assess the professionalism of this lawyer, since I had an appointment at 11 am. and I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, filled out a questionnaire, paid for a consultation and sat for an hour, but the lawyer never showed up. Not punctuality and irresponsibility in relation to their clients at the first consultation gives only negative emotions. It's good that the money was returned quickly and without question. Cockroaches in the office are, of course, a personal matter, but to be honest, it is very strange when a lawyer in the Top 10 does not want or cannot move his office to a decent place. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Attorney Merilyn and her office team. Thanks to Merilyn I will be able to reunite with my wife in this country after endless anguish. I was lucky enough to find this wonderful lawyer, who was very professional, attentive and very helpful at all times. Believe me when I tell you, there are very few attorneys of her caliber. I meet Marylin after consulting with three different attorneys. I chose her after reading ALL the positive reviews. During my consultation I explained the difficulties I was having with my VAWA case with tears streaming down my face. Marylin never rushed me and listened to everything I had to say. Besides the VERY reasonable price and her knowledgeable of my VAWA case, I hired her on the spot! She is compassionate and caring - Something I have never seen in a lawyer. The staff: Yanni and Paul are so helpful and accommodating. They both stayed and worked after office hours on many occasions to make sure everything was put together. Yanni is so sweet and dedicated! she made sure to call, email, fax and mail everything and everyone when I couldn't. Like many I am anxious and uncomfortable when dealing with immigration matters but all my fears and anxiety was gone the moment I walked out of Marylin's office. Everytime I walk into her office I have a feeling of peace that everything is going to be all right because of her hard work, dedication and passion that went into my case. Antes de ir donde ella estuve con dos oficina de abogados diferentes, pero ningunos pudieron hacer nada en mi caso.. pero esta abogado si pudo hacer todo y bien rapido .para mi es la mejor abogada de inmigración que he conocido, muy responsable conoce bien las leyes y excelente persona. Habla muy bien el español es facil entenderce con ella. No te arrepentira de usar sus servicios. Ella no me esta pagando para decir estas cosa lo hago para ayudar otras personas que quizas estan en la situacion que estuve antes de tener mi residencia.

Went for consultation, she had a $100 fee but she’s worth it got the knowledge and also listens to you, she takes notes. I ended up not needing her but if I was in need, I’d definitely return. Highly recommend
