The experience at Mr. Baksh's office was lengthy, however, the prolonged waiting time for many paperworks was meaningful in the end as everything was done to keep things clear on our end. Mr. Baksh did not work with us directly, but the staff with whom we collaborated were very helpful. There was a lack of initiative at times in keeping us informed about the waiting process, but the staff handling our file was always responsive whenever an update was requested through both emails and calls. Some unexpected issues on the seller's end slowed the process, but the employees were patient and worked through them, and the closing went smoothly. All the help throughout the entire purchasing process and during the closing is greatly appreciated and we are looking forward to enjoying our new home.
