I was looking for a good and reliable attorney. One of brother came forward and advised to contact attorney Mr. Affar Baksh and praised very high about him and provided his telephone number. Immediately, I called him. He picked up my call, spoke with me and assured to provide service with very reasonable fees compared to other attorneys in NY. His style of conversation was very smart and professional. My first meeting with him at his office was really nice. Within few minutes of my arrival, he came and took us to the table for discussion. We found him completely ready for signing the contract. He was very gentle to response while I was asking complex questions came to my mind relating the contract. He answered very professionally and given me trust how he will protect my interest in worst situation. His approach was very nice. During the period of contract signing & closing, I called him now and then. I received response of every message. His employees are very simple, easy to access and very cooperative. Closing of my house was very smoothly, efficiently and timely done at his office. He has shown his experience and good judgement of negotiation with the other attorneys on the the closing table made me impressed.

unprofessional, office staff rude , lawyer himself hang up on a client, the worst ever, i don not recommend this office to anyone, client have to keep calling for information, when call lawyer scanning his call put staff to brush them off.RUN RUN RUN, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, AND I CAN NAME NAMES TOO. WORST OFFICE IN THE WORLD. I DON`T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS OFFICE . CALL BACK TIME IS THE WORST I WAITED ONE MONTH BEFORE I CALLED. ALSO IF YOU ARE NOT DOING A CLOSING YOU ARE LAST PRIORITY. I CALLED THIS OFFICE ON JULY 11 ,2016 TO PULL OUT FROM A CLOSING .AND REQUEST FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK . ITS BEEN OVER 11 DAYS, I CALLED THE OFFICE TODAY , THEY STATED THEY ONLY MADE ONE CALLED AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. ONE OF THE AGENTS TOLD ME THEY ARE SHORT STUFF AND HAVE CLOSING THAT HE NEED TO WORRY ABOUT. , I WAS RECOMMEND TO THIS OFFICE. IF I KNEW THE SERVICE WAS LIKE THIS I WOULD OFF WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE

I give Affar Baksh 5 star rating for the excellent service and a very friendly approach. He was patience with us during our first home purchase and explained all the details that one should know about buying a home in New York. I think he is the best Real Estate Attorney in New York City as we spoke to a few more real estate lawyers and they were more interested in making themselves money. We found Affar to be more compassionate and well wisher. He went beyond our expectation to help us on the closing of our first home purchase in New York City.
