Affar Baksh and his entire staff, Shumi, Anupa and everyone on the team were very courteous, hardworking, dedicated, helpful and punctual. They followed up on every step of the way. I remember I forgot my checkbook at home before visiting Affar’s office and he took my closing and start working even without receiving any advance fee. I would recommend others to go and be worry free. The firm guides you on every step of the way. I had a very good experience and I thank Affar for the gift at my closing. It was a very tough deal but in the end Mr. Baksh came thru and made the entire deal worth it. Best part about the entire process was that Mr. Baksh was always available on the weekends when I called. He was able to bargain well and obtain the most out of the deal. His office is very busy as one can easily tell after the first consult however when he is working with you he will give you a 110% of his legal help. Very satisfied.
