I've used Affar's services for the property I was selling in Queens. This is the first property I ever sold; so I had no experience. My issues with the tenants dragged the closing out to 6 or 7 months. Affar's office and his team were very patient and professional. Daniel kept me informed of all developments. Affar's team did an excellent job protecting my interests and making the process so smooth. I'd definitely use him again and do highly recommend him.

Me and my wife just closed our house. There were many issues but Mr. Baksh fought for everything. He forced the seller to hold tens of thousands of dollars to ensure the property was clear. He did an exception job and his staff was always there to answer my questions. I highly recommend him.

When I bought my first house 2014, I wasn’t happy with my attorney then for my second house I was really confused which attorney I looked for then I found mr Baksh. He is great attorney, very friendly and explain all paper work before closing, make me feel very comfortable at closing. Highly recomand from us. Wishing him good luck!
