Unbelievable effort. It took us two days to close my house. He was so patient. No way it could have closed without him. He had to convince the seller to come back to closing because there was an issue with my lender. He doesn’t just have knowledge. He had the attitude and skill to close my house. I am pleased with his service. Affar Baksh and his team did a great job. Without his help it would have been a disaster. He was able to speak with the seller attorney and get us a time needed to close our transaction. It was because of his repeated calls that the seller gave us a time. They are very helpful. If you want a law firm, that knows how to close deals and has the experience to deal on tough transactions, this is the law firm.
