It was our first time buying a house and I couldn’t say enough how smooth the process was for us, thanks to our attorney Mr. Baksh and his amazing team. They have helped us guide through the entire process and kept us up to date about different legal requirements and their communications with the seller’s attorney. They are very approachable, especially Sumi and Anupa, and always answered our calls and address any questions or concerns we had in a timely manner. We are very grateful to them for their help in closing our first house.

Mr Baksh was highly recommended by our bank lender and was described as a "beast." Needless to say, he did not disappoint us. Our closing date was time critical and ofcourse came across some violations issues. He was able to clear those violations in <1 hour and we were able to close on time. We highly recommend Mr Baksh without reservation.

Im afirst time home buyer, I was referred to Mr. Affar by one of my friends. I got a great service from Mr. Affar and his associates! I had to do the closing with some violations without being cleared from Dept. of Building with keeping a more than enough money in escrow account for all violations removal perpose. He did fight with sellers attorney for that escrow amount. Thanks a lot to Mr. Affar...
