I retained Robert Pollack for my divorce on advice from my friend who is a real estate lawyer. From the beginning I could tell I made the right choice. Rob is an amazing guy. He is well read, articulate and knows not only law inside and out but other things that I see help him understand who you are as a person and not just another client. He worked very hard on my case and my husband's lawyer pretty much did nothing. Even my husband complained to me about his lawyer. But even though my husband and his lawyer were dragging their feet, Rob kept pushing and developing settlement models and giving them to my husband's attorney. Finally, when the agreed to come to Rob's office and sit down with us for a settlement conference, within that 2 hour meeting, the case was pretty much settled, and quite favorably for me. Another thing I liked about him and his firm is how accessible they are and that they respond to calls and emails very fast. The guy is in his office at 5:30 in the morning! He is just unique and a really terrific divorce lawyer.

I hired Rob Pollack for my divorce and so happy that I made that choice. His legal skills far exceeded my husband's attorney. And he got me an amazing settlement which was beyond my expectations. I recommend his firm highly.

I should have listened to two friends whose wifes each used Mr. Pollack for their divorce. My friends did NOT reccomend THEIR lawyers! They each recommended Mr. Pollack who represented their wifes! Ok, well that was a strong recommendation, but I stupidly did not listen and found my own attorney who turned out to be a real disappointment. So then I fired my lawyer and got a consult with Mr. P. He was supposed to meet for 30 mins and it turned into two hours and he was totally happy to do this for me. He looked at my file from beginning to end and informed me about things that my old attorney never told me. When the meeting ended I was very impressed, felt totally different about my case (meaning optimistic) and trusted him completely. I asked him to have is secretary draft a retainer and I hired his firm. Best decision I made! Mr. P. rocks! Got into the case in a matter of two days and totally changed the game. I got a very good settlement because of him and he got the case finished in just a few months. Listen to me please..... if you want the best, call Mr. P. BTW, he is a real pleasure to deal with and so is his staff. DG

There should be six stars for Mr. Pollack I was mre than satisfied with his thoughtful prenuptual agreement. I'm more than satisfied with his work it is more than I could have conceptualized. Not only am I pleased with his work bbut I am grateful to my lawyer/accountant fro recommending Mr. Pollack. Hopefully I will never have to use it.

I hired the Pollack Law Firm to take over after I fired my first lawyer who did nothing but bill me a lot of $. Rob came and got the job done in a highly professional way and quickly. I am a physician and I say that because I am smart in my practice but very stupid in choosing a husband. I suffered for years in an abusive marriage; he was an alcoholic and caused a nightmare life for my kids and me. I finally came to terms and had enough. Why? because out of all I saw before him, Robert was the only one who I immediately connected with; his compassion and understand were apparent. He clearly knew the law and was an expert. He was always pushing my case forward and his though patterns are sharp and like laser beams. He wants to finish the case for me so I could get on with my life. And he did. Having Rob Pollack do my divorce was my best decision this year. I hired his firm in January and I am already divorced by May. My ex and I went to a mediator who was really a let down for both of us and really expensive and I still can't figure out why; definitely should have hired Rob Pollack as our mediator... but the deal was ok; so we hired Rob to do the divorce; two weeks later, my ex and I were in his office to sign the papers and like I said, the divorce was finalized in May. He is a gentleman, a skillful lawyer, a hard worker and comes through on his promises. What else could you ask in a divorce lawyer?? Definitely recommended highly!
