I was in involved in a terrible car accident on 8/27/20 where my car was fishtailed, by a driver going 80 miles an hour, while waiting for the green light on a quiet street. And rushed to the hospital. I lost my vehicle and the driver got out his car and ran off. This firm was recommended to me and because it was the height of covid. The firm did everything for me over the phone and had me signed forms via mail. I had the most wonderful lawyer John papadoupilous and his legal assistant Jennifer worked on my case. I fell in the parking lot of my work please yes and was sent to an urgent care yeah not the hospital which was a problem. I contacted this law firm based on a Google search after I was involved in an accident as a pedestrian. I was struck by a car while crossing a street. I contacted Friedman and Simon and left a message. I was notified shortly and they agreed to take my case. They immediately had no fault insurance set up and were also able to provide great medical recommendations. Throughout the case they were very professional and made sure to keep me apprised of everything. I had very low expectations about a settlement but I was pleasantly surprised by the actual amount. I do not wish to be in another accident however if God forbid that did happen, I would not hesitate to call this firm again.
