My experience was one I'll never forget. Whenever I called, I was greeted and treated like family. Unlike many big firms where you never get to hear the voice or see the face of those behind the scenes, Friedman and Simon were always available and never too busy to listen,and make me and my concerns a priority. In the early hours of April 2015 I sat a broken woman! I was spending my first night away from my family, recovering in a nursing home. I had just had the first of two surgeries and wasn’t looking forward to the next few months of living in a wheelchair. Depressed and scared, unable to sleep, while flipping through the channels, I saw a commercial for Friedman & Simon injury attorneys. I started thinking how I was going through this experience because of someone else’s negligence. That morning I called the 800 number, just to ask questions and I never regretted it. Mr Friedman returned my call the next day and took his time with me. While I cried and told my story he never rushed me or pressured me. From the beginning everyone at Friedman & Simon was honest about what to expect. I was treated with respect and made to feel my case was a priority. My case took 4 yrs and during this time it passed through several hands. Each person involved remained professional and completely aware of what had been done prior. All along I was kept informed and all my concerns and questions were addressed.
