I was referred to the law firm of Friedman and Simon from someone that was very saisfied with their outcome. Victoria Noto was my attorney and she was great. She kept me informed on my case from the beginnng to the final settlement. She worked with the insurance company to receive a satisfactory settlement. Everyone in the office was kind and caring and if you had a concern they got right back to you. I highly recommend the firm of Friedman and Simon.

Mr. Friedman, Doreen and all his staff have empathy and great interpersonal skills. I highly recommend them to you. You will not regret a moment in communicating with them. Personal injury etc. Call them first.

I hired him to represent me and coax me into buying into a fake enterprise even had a fake stock certificate to buy into Do Not hire him !! He only wants your money!

Over 2 years for an uncontested divorce and more than twice the retainer we originally agreed on. Still no stipulation signed and no divorce. I actually had to part ways with the law firm. I did not feel very supported by this law firm and had two lawyers (Jason and Dylan) working on my case. I was charged for the same service by both lawyers which racked up my fees. Most of my fees were from emails between myself and my lawyers and my lawyers and the opposing counsel. I felt like I had to push for the things I wanted on the stipulation and still some of them weren't added. Then I was charged fees for the revision of the stipulation to add the things I wanted, that where they did not include. I did not feel like they were firm with the opposing counsel, who took her time getting back to us (sometimes 2 months later). Upon retrieving my file, I was handed the flash drive in my hand without it being in an envelope. I was told that we would be going over the details of that file in email, but when I arrived I found out that was not the case. Plus both lawyers were apparently not available even though I scheduled the time in advance.

He took the time to answer my question and provide me with supporting case law that same day even though he had no idea who I was when I called. Outstanding!
