My experience with Samuel Gilad was awful. I think he was playing me. When First met him, he sit down review everything with me. Even told if don’t close that date you will lose your down payment. As he show me the survey. He never told me that there is a fence inside my property that is not for me. I thought it was my fence because I see fresh cement and it’s brand new construction never thought of it. after the closing the neighbor told me,” that is their fence. It almost 10 inches in your property from your 8 feet driveway that mean you don’t 8 feet driveway”. When I call Samuel not easy to find him. When secretary set me an appointment, he said to me;”remove the fence. You can just remove it. Because it’s in your property”. Late one, I’ve a fence builder comes to move at the right space, and I done another survey, just to make sure. The neighbor call cops on me. After I never heard from Samuel GiLad again. He made his money forget me. He will always get a job with the seller because the seller build and sold house
