I was hoping to get a first-time homeowner grant, but I came across so many issues with eligibility requirements. It was wonderful working with Ryan and Albert! As first time homebuyers, we needed attorneys who were thorough and were willing to explain every part of the legal process with us in the most laymen of terms! Words cannot express my gratitude to Ryan, Albert and the staff at Walsh & Gilad, PLLC. A few years out of graduate school, I was looking to buy a coop. I fell in love with one and wanted to buy it. For me, it was the one! I presented it to Ryan, he researched it and did his thing. Later on, he called me to inform me of the results and instructed me not to buy the coop. As a matter of fact, I would never forget his exact words to me “If you were my sister, I would tell you the same thing.” Of course, I was sad and heartbroken but he was sooo right!
