Mr Knapp I would like to thank you, first of all….this gentleman saved my pension, medical and dental coverage. Felt very comfortable with him dealing with my case and he was reachable at all times and when he wasn’t he called back…him and his firm gets the job done.

Victor helped me with a new statute of C.P.L. 160.59 which refers to sealing one's record. It was a four year journey that he stood side by side with me and keeping me informed. He is extremely available and always willing to engage with his clients. My sealing was originally denied by two judges, however Victor never wavered and instilled confidence that we would stand more than a decent chance in appellate court. His advice was not wrong. We attained victory in appelate court, which forced the courts to give me a reconsideration hearing. The prosecutor's office was still opposing my sealing of a 15 year old conviction, despite the fact that I did 10 years of military service, attained a 3.9 GPA graduating from a well known university, and being married for 14 years. Victor saw those factors and truly internalized this case because he firmly believed that if I didn't deserve a record sealing then who will. Those were his exact words. He truly viewed my case as a precedent being that this was a new statute in the state of New York. This process indicated that the prosecutors and judges were novices in terms of the application if this statute. Victor fought for the correct application of this statute and the for the people who truly deserve it. My reconsideration hearing was in the beginning of August 20222. After reviewing the minutes of the hearing and numerous consultations between Victor and the prosecution's office, they withdrew their opposition. The court then granted my application for sealing my record. They cited all the progress I have made since the initial conviction over 15 years ago. This would not have been made possible with Victor's determination and conviction to fight and instilling the confidence in me that this fight was not insurmountable.The sealing has removed any impediments on future employment opportunities and has allowed me to qualify for the Master's program at my university. I would implore any prospective client to hire Victor Knapp. He will internalize the fight needed to succeed and will remain available to keep you informed. I wish there were more stars on this rating to give him!

I got into a situation and unfortunately needed a lawyer. After researching lawyers online I decided on Victor and boy was i happy. He is always reachable no matter what time of day it is. He answers all my questions thoroughly and knows the court procedures in and out. I hope I wont ever need to use him again but if I do Victor is the only guy I would go to. Thanks Victor!

By far the best attorneys I have ever come across. A loved one of mine was facing a $20k bail and victor and his team more specifically (Scott) had that turn to a release on no charge and this is not the first case we had victor work with us the other case was dropped!

My case ended Yesterday 6.6.2018...Victor was on the ball from start to finish! I got into a accident that turned into a road rage charge..
