I got a DUI in uptown Manhattan on a Saturday night at 4 am. An officer pulled me over due to a random check point. He gave me the breathalyzer test immediately and arrested me. This was my first offense i did not know what to expect. I called Victor and he guided me through out the entire process and got the results i needed. I have had the fortunate luck to have had Victor knapp represent me in Queens County criminal Court in the recent past. Let me start by saying this , Mr. Knapp works extremely fast and very efficiently. His expertise and knowledge of the criminal court system brings a special handling of your case. Because of his long time work with the Queens County Court and intimate relationship with the DAs office he brought about a fantastic finish to my case. My case went from multiple charges to finally been resolved by Victor working out a deal with the DAs office where I only received an ACD, (Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACD) means that the court has adjourned from hearing the case in consideration of a dismissal of charges. This typically indicates that the charges pressed against the defendant are soon to be dismissed as a motion for dismissal is being granted). I can only say this outcome was only possible because of his dedication professionalism and extreme hard work at his job. Let me also state Victor is also very accessible, answers your calls at all times and if he can't he will we get back to you as soon as possible without any great delay. I would only finish by saying 10 out of 10 stars would be awarded to Victor as an attorney and I would highly recommend him for any criminal, civil or anything that he can handle in the courts.
