My father and I just needed heirship affidavits notarized and had the task completed right upon entering the office. As courteous as they were direct.

I had a very difficult tenant who i needed to evict. Marc started the process on Feb. 28, 2021. This was a very difficult process especially since it was during Covid., moratoriums' were in place and tenant court was closed. Marc found a way to expedite the process and used my case as a test case to take it higher than the local courts. Marc was successful in achieving an eviction within 1 month.
