Marc Scolnick was so very helpful to assist me in closing my mothers house. There was a tenant who refused to leave and Marc came up with great suggestions on how to remove her without going to court. This saved time and money
For the actual closing Marc made it so simple that i was not even sure it was happening

This was a Chapter 7 bankrupcy case. It was handled with great care by Marc and went smoothly through. I was amazed in that the total wait time was approx 6-7 weeks after appearing before the Court ( at Marc's office via telephone).
