We used this firm to handle the closing on our house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The attorney and office staff were very responsive, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. They handled the entire process from beginning to end efficiently and with care. I will certainly use them again in the future. We have recommended them to both family and friends who’ve already used them for various legal needs and have had great experiences as well!

I have used this firm several times over the years for different legal matters; litigation, a closing and a few other things. They are always responsive and talk to you like a regular person. Lawyers get a bad rap, but these guys changed my view. They are honest and very direct about what they can do for me. They tell you the good and the bad, so there are no surprises. There are lawyers and then there are LAWYERS! I was first referred to David Shapiro at Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, , when I was going through a bitter “divorce” with my former business partner. As a physical therapist, I have had the opportunity to deal with many lawyers in my 20-plus year career. Many of these encounters have been a bit cold, sterile, leaving me a bit jaded as far as lawyer communication and people skills. However, upon first encounter with David at his Queen’s office, he sat down and explained my situation in a concise and clear cut manner. I did not feel rushed, pressured or stupefied with overcomplicated legal jargon. I walked out of his office knowing my options, chances of winning my settlement and feeling empowered. I appreciated his initial questions, asking me what I wanted from the settlement versus assuming solely financial intentions on my part. As a physical therapist, I'm all about setting long-term goals and being on the same page with my clients. I felt this way with David and his team. Since winning my case, I've gone ahead and kept David and Shapiro at Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino and on retainer, have used them on many business related cases and have referred many of my family and colleagues with confidence. They have also heralded their approval. David will not waste your time, but will always try to help you. If he's not the right person for you, he will do his best to redirect you to the right one. David is highly accessible; I've never waited more than 24 hours during the business week for a response from his or his office. Again, comparing his legal team to physical therapy, I always say the front office staff is the first face and voice the client encounters. I have been with this firm for over 15 years. Through the use of my union i pay to have them retained for any matter.I use them on and off for real estate matters. I recently had Mr. Dominic Baylon help close my deal on the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. even though it was a tough deal and it took a few months but I feel we did great through the entire ordeal. At first I was very concerned but Mr. Baylon assured me it could be done. His secretary Maria was always reassuring me not to worry about little things and when Mr.D.Baylon wasn't around his paralegal Jessica was there to answer my questions. Lisa is currently my wife's divorce lawyer and is not very professional at all. While next to my wife she stated that she would like to assault me by smacking me in the face. Not sure how they hire at this firm but being threatened to me means a lack of intelligence.

I spoke with Mr. Shapiro on several occasions concerning questions I had about handling family affairs following the loss of a very close relative. After providing information about the situation to him along with some follow-up questions, Mr. Shapiro responded back with the important feedback that I needed to handle these family affairs properly. He made himself readily available to talk over the phone about these matters and made sure that I knew that I would not have to hesitate to contact him again if necessary. Not very helpful over the phone. It was my first time calling and the receptionist was unwilling to listen and provide feedback to my question. I felt as if I didn't concern her
