Terrible Customer Service. Their follow through was awful. Would never recommend them for counsel.

I HIGHLY recommend this law firm. I have used Brad Zelenitz as my attorney for several real estate matters and he is absolutely fantastic. He is very thorough and caring. He responds quickly to any questions and concerns. He gets the work done efficiently and does not create extra issues to keep himself busy to "pad the bill". My only regret is that I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

I consulted with David Shapiro with regards to an Estate matter and he was very forthcoming. Well knowledgeable with the facts and quite eloquent in his manner. I can't say enough about David Shapiro. He walked me through my legal issue in a kind, calm, caring manner without talking over my head. I had a great experience with the law firm of Zelenitz, Shapiro & D'Agostino. My landlord was trying to evict me from my rent stabilized apartment in Manhattan. A friend had used Dominic Baylon, one of their attorneys so I called him up and discussed my case with him. He was a great listener and seemed to have a large amount of experience with my sort of case so I hired them. Well, the case took almost two years to reach its successful (for me at least, maybe not so much for my landlord) conclusion. During all that time the staff at Zelenitz, Shapiro & D'Agostino were always professional and Mr Baylon was there for me whenever I had questions or some sort of court filing needed to take place. Overall, hiring any attorney can be traumatic but Mr Baylon made things very easy for me. I highly recommend this firm both for Mr Baylon's expertise and the staffs attention to detail.

I hired Lisa for my divorce and I am extremely pleased with my experience. Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional. She always responded to my emails immediately and calmed me down when I was stressed about legal threats that my ex was making. I always felt confident in her. Divorce can be a tough time time but Lisa really made it as pain-free as possible. I highly recommend her.

5 star rating!! They’ve helped me with everything from incorporating several LLC’s to fighting traffic tickets. Always a winner! They take the time to listen and come up with the best solutions. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t even begin to explain how disgusting and a bunch of crooks this firm is. Not only did they do the old switch and bait by having me meet with a partner and send an associate to court to represent me (who did absolutely nothing) and charge me the same rate, they also charged me for email correspondences after I advised them that I would no longer be using their services and to send me the remaining of my balance but they sent me another bill instead. Unbelievably unethical and dishonest! I would never use them again or recommend them. They should all be disbarred.

If I would have did my homework & looked at reviews about this firm. I would have never had them represent me in anything. I was referred to this firm by Legal Shield for a guardianship case. The lawyer that represented me was HORRIBLE. I recieved co-guardianship of my mother but another lawyer whome they worked with(hint) is guardian of my mother's property & she is now trying to evict my family & I. Which will lead my mother into a nursing home. Now I have to get another lawyer more money to represent me & save my family. If I did my homework I would not be in this predicament.

This firm handled my girlfriend's divorce and they were horrible. They were professional with their correspondences to my girlfriend (over the phone and emails) but they had their associates handle the majority of the legal work, while they were charging legal partner rates. The firm was very passive and had the other attorney initiative most of the legal actions. When my girlfriend made a suggestion, they ignore it, I guess it was too work. Shop around and do not use this legal firm for your divorce

The attorneys in this firm have helped me with numerous personal legal issues over the years. I strongly recommend the attorneys and associates. I have found them to be knowledgable, honest, patient, and efficient. All of my questions and concerns have consistently been addressed in a timely and sincere manner. I will continue to use them for years to come.
